Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and offer clients a Statement for you to submit for insurance reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits for individual and/or family counseling?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is my reimbursement per therapy session for an out of network provider?
- Is approval or referral required from my primary care physician?
